Robert Yancey, Jr., MD FIDSA
Dr. Yancey brings over 23 years of expertise in consultative Infectious Diseases, complemented by extensive experience in Primary Care and Emergency Medicine. His educational journey includes a BS from the University of Florida, Medical School at the Medical University of South Carolina, an Internship at UCLA-Harbor General Hospital, an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Florida, Gainesville, and an Infectious Diseases Fellowship at Emory University, Atlanta. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases and board-eligible in Tropical Medicine.
Dr. Yancey is committed to addressing the increasing fragmentation of medical care by providing a coordinated, multisystem approach in close collaboration with your primary physician. He believes that physician availability is a cornerstone of quality care.

Sarah Mott RDN, LDN
Sarah Mott, RDN, LDN is a registered dietitian with more than 27 years’ experience. Sarah has a strong background in clinical nutrition as well as food service management, specializing in critical care, gastrointestinal and cardiovascular health, diabetes, and rehabilitation. She enjoys supporting patients through critical illness as well as empowering patients to re-build their GI tract, nutrition, and vitality after critical illness. Sarah is passionate about teaching others about how our microbiome affects the body's signaling pathways, immune system, and other health promoting pathways.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky and completed the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at UK. Working in the hospital setting, Sarah earned the Young Dietitian of the Year Award from the Florida Dietetic Association as well as the Planetree Spirit of Caring Award. She is passionate about helping patients nourish their wellness and get back to what matters most to them. Her patients enjoy her kindness and compassion and appreciate the encouragement to make daily changes that greatly impact overall health.
Sarah enjoys gardening and cooking, as well as camping regularly with her husband and kids.
